Crucian Herb Tea

Here’s a pair of energizing, detoxifying, and relaxing fresh herb teas that Ridge 2 Reef Farm shared with us in St. Croix.

Crucian Herb Tea

This tea incorporates turmeric, bay rum, and citrus leaves. Shelly Olive from Ridge 2 Reef Farm informed us that the turmeric boosts your immune system, bay rum wakes up the senses, and the citrus is great for easing your stomach.
