Precision Pilot: An Irish Whiskey Cocktail

Rather than guzzling green beer, let’s celebrate St. Patrick’s Day the way the Irish whiskey ambassador for Tullamore D.E.W., Tim Herlihy, would. Capping off his Irish pub tour in New York City, his final stop will be at the impressive and historicDead Rabbit. The Dead Rabbit has been voted the World’s best cocktail bar and the best in Irish Pub hospitality combined.

Whether you will be in the Big Apple or not to celebrate, be sure to stir together the Precision Pilot. Created by the Dead Rabbit’s master mixologist, Jillian Vose, this drink is a perfectly balanced sip you can’t resist. Be sure to use Tullamore D.E.W. with its triple blend of three types of triple distilled Irish whiskey, making it uniquely complex yet irresistibly smooth.
