Description
On the next rainy spring day, transport yourself to a tropical island with this tiki-inspired passion fruit cocktail complete with spiced rum.
Ingredients

- 1.5 oz. Don Q Spiced Rum
- 3 oz. passionfruit juice
- 4–5 fresh (very ripe strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped)
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. coconut cream (such as Coco Lopez)
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
Instructions
- Add the strawberries and lime juice into a cocktail shaker and muddle until the strawberries are very broken up. Next, add the rump, passionfruit juice, lime juice, coconut cream and bitters. Shake until very cold (about 10-15 seconds) and pour over ice into a hurricane, highball or other tall cocktail glass. Garnish with a strawberry and/or fresh lime.
