- 4 tablespoons Nutella

Instructions
- In a pan, roast the sunflower seeds over medium heat until they are golden brown and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
- Once cooled, grind the sunflower seeds in a coffee grinder to a fine coarse consistency.
- Transfer the ground seeds to a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of Nutella. Mix well until combined.
- Gradually add the remaining 1 tablespoon of Nutella, 1/2 tablespoon at a time, until the mixture holds together well.
- Melt the brown candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
- Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the Nutella mixture into the melted candy, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
- Place the coated chocolates on a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle with assorted nuts and coconut as desired.
- Allow the chocolates to set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
Notes
These chocolates can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container. They make a wonderful gift. You can substitute other nuts or seeds if desired. Ensure the sunflower seeds are completely cool before grinding to prevent clumping.
