This chocolate crème pie is made with a easy crust that needs just five simple ingredients, your food processor, and voila! Crust is made.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces (227 g) Cream Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 3 Tablespoons Milk/Almond Milk
- 2 cups (473 ml) blanched almond flour
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 egg
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, egg, butter, and salt to a food processor. Pulse until a ball forms.
- Press dough into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8-12 minutes on a baking sheet to catch drippings. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, honey, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, whipped cream, and milk. Beat with a mixer on high speed until smooth. Add the remaining cocoa powder and beat until smooth.
- Spoon the chocolate filling into the chocolate pie crust and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- If the crust is browning too quickly, cover the edges with aluminum foil during baking.
