Description
Brockmans gin and rhubarb amaro stirred with rhubarb and Angostura bitters. Gin in an Old Fashioned format is unexpected, and the rhubarb adds a tart, vegetal note you don’t get with bourbon.

- ½ oz. Rhubarb Amaro
- 3 dashes Rhubarb Bitters
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
