We can’t live forever, but we can enjoy more servings of fruits and vegetables per day. A new study illustrated in this video encourages us to indulge in at least 7 servings of fruits and vegetables to increase longevity and decrease our risk of disease. Good thing there is so much delicious produce to enjoy in a multitude of ways.
