Mother’s Day Brunch Drink: Brockmans 75
A refreshing option for breakfast in bed, brunch and everything in between, toast to Mom with this light and bright Brockmans 75. The drink combines the berry-froward gin with vibrant citrus and some fun bubbles.
2 oz. Brockmans Gin
1 oz. Lemon juice
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
Champagne, Prosecco or quality sparkling wine
Twist of lemon peel to garnish
Shake gin, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Father’s Day: Brockmans Negroni Blanco
Complementing the gin’s berry and citrus botanicals, this Brockmans Negroni Blanco is the perfect springtime pour for Father’s Day. The drink is nicely balanced with aromatic Bitter Bianco, sharp grapefruit juice and effervescent soda water.
1 1/4 oz. Brockmans Gin
1 1/4 oz. Luxardo Bitter Bianco
3/4 oz. Grapefruit juice
3/4 Soda water
Grapefruit wedge to garnish
Fill a tumbler glass with ice cubes. Add gin and bitter bianco. Top with grapefruit juice and soda water. Give the glass a gentle stir and garnish with a thin wedge of pink grapefruit.
