Rumour has it the restaurant is booked out for the next 6 months and you really have to be extremely lucky to snag a table.
There are no foams or micro herbs but real Italian food with lots shavings of truffles, as steak and delicious Italian desserts on offer. The whole restaurant is a buzz and comes across as entertaining rather than gimmicky.
