Instructions
- Heat a panini press or grill pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Apply ketchup to flatbreads and arrange vegetable slices.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese, then fold the bread in half.
- Place the flatbread on the preheated panini press and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Remove from the press, slice, and serve.

- For best results, use leftover roti that’s slightly dry; this will prevent soggy wraps.
