The sixth episode of WINERAM Australia takes Colin down to the island state of Tasmania. Just south of Victoria, good ol’ “Tassy” is stock full of wildlife, wildnerness, adventure opportunities and great wine! Colin visits the Tamar Valley in a sub region known as Pipers River that houses a winery called Bay of Fires with it’s sister brand House of Arras. Their sparkling winemaker is Ed Carr, someone who is world famous for producing high quality new world sparkling wines.
