Wine Tip – Bachelder Niagara Wismer Vineyard Chardonnay 2010

Thomas Bachelder was the first winemaker at Le Clos Jordanne property but now makes Chardonnay under his own name in three locations – Oregon, Burgundy and Niagara. This Canadian version is all that is right about Chardonnay; mini-explosions of roasted lemon fruit and an easy-going creamy flavour and texture let it glide over your tongue effortlessly. Would be incredible with a roast chicken and all the trimmings.
