Two Juicy Gin Cocktails Perfect for Spring

Awaken your taste buds and celebrate the new spring season bursting with fresh fruits and juices. Cheers to the warmer weather and longer days with these refreshing gin cocktails. They’re light, bright and juicy. To make sure our gin cocktails are perfect for the season, we’re sharing drinks made with Brockmans gin. It’s full of berry notes and screams of spring.

Brockmans Gin Rhubarb 75
It’s finally rhubarb season! This cocktail celebrates just that. It is refreshing and spring-ready, a new twist on the French 75 cocktail. Tart lemon juice, subtly sweet rhubarb liqueur and celebratory sparkling wine are balanced with Brockmans’ citrus and berry-forward botanical blend.

2 oz. Brockmans Gin
1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
½ oz. Rhubarb liqueur
Sparkling wine
Garnish: Rhubarb ribbons

Wrap a ribbon of rhubarb around the inside of a chilled flute glass. Add Brockmans Gin, lemon juice and rhubarb liqueur to a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard then double strain into the glass and top with chilled sparkling wine.

Brockmans Purple Spring
This purple stunners is really fun with carbonated wild berry cider balanced by earthy beetroot juice and the berry-forward Brockmans Gin. It’s vibrant and juicy.

2 oz. Brockmans Gin
2 oz. Beetroot juice
4 oz. Wild Berry Cider

Add Brockmans and beetroot juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a stemmed glass filled with ice. Top with Wild Berry Cider and give it a gentle stir.
