It is so refreshing to sometimes sip on a libation that isn’t all fruit. Enter the Taproot, a cocktail that is the classic tale of when vegetables meet alcohol. Plus, we have to admit that when we spike our usual vegetables juices we still feel the healthy vibe of nutrients. For this mix, we used the smooth Alibi Whiskey for an affordable cocktail with great taste.

Ingredients
- 1 oz fresh beet juice
- 1 oz fresh carrot juice
- ½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 oz. Ransom Sweet Vermouth
- 3 oz. Alibi American Whiskey
Instructions
- In a shaker
- Add ice
- oz of Fresh Beet Juice
- oz of Fresh Carrot Juice
- ½ teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar
- oz of Ransom Sweet Vermouth
- oz Alibi American Whiskey
- Serve on the rocks in a highball Glass
