Start the day right with this invigorating, blueberry smoothie filled with nutrition and sweet fruity flavors.
I got out of bed and made myself my current favorite smoothie. I don’t know when, but for a long time I stopped putting blueberries in my smoothies. I’m happy to report that I am now putting them in my smoothies again.
I included a picture of the actual blender so that you could see how much spinach I have in there. I say a large handful of spinach and I really mean it! I think my large handful equals about 1 cup according to the blender lines.
Sometimes smoothies are the best. They can be a quick breakfast or a healthy snack or dessert. I find this one to be especially delicious, and I hope you do too!
