Description

It just takes five minutes of your time and six ingredients to make a healthy mango and green tea smoothie.


Ingredients

Units
  • 1 cup of cubed mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup of brewed, chilled green tea
  • 1/2 cup raw spinach
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana
  • honey - to taste
  • crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Blend together – mango, spinach, banana along with green tea, milk and honey. Adjust consistency by adding more or little milk and sweetness by honey. Serve with crushed ice.
