Lemon, Shrimp, Burrata Pasta

Let’s talk about recipes that Kyle and I eat on the regular. Having a food blog, you would think that our main meals are constantly changing. The reality is that we both have a few staple recipes/food combos that we fall back on and eat all the time! I do most of the cooking and, once wedding season picks up and I’m busy photographing them, I like to keep our dinners simple and easy.

Enter: Garlic-y Lemon Butter Shrimp Gemelli!
I’ve been making a variation of this pasta every since our college days, but wanted to swap our normal standard spaghetti pasta noodles for a little fancier shape. I love how the gemelli adds some extra flair and makes dinner a little more fun to eat haha!
Couple fun noodles with shrimp simmered in a garlic, lemon, butter, and white wine sauce with plenty of fresh herbs + cheese and you have yourself a winning recipe!

We inhaled pretty much the entire recipe in one night and I know I’ll be making this again soon!
