Lavender Green Tea and Gin Cocktail

A light and calming cocktail for the first days of spring. This is the new patio pitcher drink, complete with fresh lavender.

Makes 2 drinks
- 6 oz Lavender Green Tea (I found mine at an asian grocery store)
- 2 oz Gin
- Agave syrup/honey/or simple syrup, to taste
- 2 Fresh lavender sprigs
Pitcher Amounts
- 3–4 bags Lavender Green Tea
- 1 cup Gin
- Agave syrup/honey/or simple syrup, to taste
Instructions
Makes 2 drinks
- Steep tea according to package, chill in refrigerator.
- In cocktail shaker add ice and 6 oz of cooled lavender green tea, 2 oz of gin and sweetener to taste. I used agave syrup to bring out the botanicals in the gin and lavender.
- Shake and pour into glasses. Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
Pitcher instructions
- Bring 750 ml of water to boil. Steep tea according to package using 3-4 tea bags. Pour into pitcher and chill in the refrigerator.
- Once chilled add 1 cup of gin, sweetener to taste, ice and stir. Enjoy with Friends!
Notes
This can easily be made into a pitcher drink!
