Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use regular dairy yoghurt instead of soy yoghurt?

Yes — soy yoghurt and regular dairy yoghurt are both equal options here. Use 1 cup (240 ml) of either; a thick Greek-style yoghurt will give a creamier, richer yoghurt cream layer when mixed with the lemon juice, zest, and honey.

Can I use maple syrup instead of honey in the yoghurt cream?

Yes — I explicitly offer maple syrup as an alternative to the 2 tbsp honey. Both sweeten the yoghurt layer; maple syrup will add a slightly different, caramel-like note.

She couldn't have known then, that she would be collecting cookbooks after reaching adulthood and would still be, just like in her childhood, staring at awesome photos of delicious dishes.
