  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • salt & pepper to taste

Salad

  • Romaine
  • Sourdough croutons
  • Dairy free cheese?
  • Avocado

To Grill (Use what is in season for you!)

  • Summer squash
  • Bell peppers
  • Tomatoes
  • Poblano peppers
  • Corn
  • Red onions

Instructions

  1. Combine dressing ingredeints in a blender and enjoy over salad and grilled vegetables.
