  1. The one left out is the “poor man’s margarita”, the Paloma.
    Ice in a tall glass, juice of 1/2 lime, 1.5 oz. tequila (Jose Cuervo Tradicional is my choice), Fresca or Squirt, Fresca being low calorie, to the top, pinch of kosher salt in the middle. Salud!
