Okonomiyaki. Okay, technically it’s not barbeque but it’s close. Check out the making of the griddled Japanese favorite.

Okonomiyaki. Okay, technically it’s not barbeque but it’s cooked on a griddle pan, includes pork (and sometimes shrimp), and is topped by a tangy sauce of ketchup, ginger, soy sauce, honey and Worcestershire. This mouthwatering Okinomiyaki is made with local favorites from Hiroshima.  

May is National Barbecue Month and Honest Cooking is rounding up the best grilling and barbecue recipes around the globe to celebrate  the start of grilling season.
