At St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino, the serve up a mean colada in just about any flavor you wish. Try this drink, but make sure to use fresh mango puree. It makes all the difference.

Ingredients
  • 3 oz Coconut Water
  • 1 oz Clear Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh blended mango puree
  • Ice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and taste. Adjust according to your taste.
  2. Serve over ice or blended with the ice.

Ingredients
  • 1 part (1 oz) Vodka
  • 1 part (1 oz) Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • 2 parts (2 oz) Soda Water
  • 1 part (1 oz) Aloe Juice
  • Splash of pineapple juice
  • Drop of Grenadine
  • Drop of Banana Liqueur
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust to preference.
  2. Shake with ice.
  3. Strain and serve or serve over ice.

  • 2 oz Rum
  • 0.75 oz Triple Sec
  • 2 pieces of sliced Jalapeño
  • Lime
  • Passion fruit
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except for lime and passion fruit.
  2. Shake with ice.
  3. Strain and serve or serve over ice.
  4. Garnish with a wedge of lime and passion fruit.

  • a handful of Blueberries
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 2 oz Vodka
Instructions
  1. Muddle the fresh blueberries with the lime juice.
  2. Add in the ginger beer, simple syrup, vodka and enough ice to fill the glass.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a wedge of lime, if desired.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Svedka Citron
  • 1 0z Bacardi Limón
  • Fresh Agave Sour (to taste)
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Soda water
Instructions
  1. Shake with ice the Svedka, Bacardi, Agave Sour, thyme and blueberries. Taste to adjust preference.
  2. Strain over ice and top with soda water.
  3. Garnish with a spring of fresh thyme.
