Ingredients

Scale

Latte Mix

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • ¼ cup pumpkin pureé
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (recipe follows)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 23 tbsp sweetener of choice; honey (agave, brown sugar, maple syrup etc.)

Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp ground allspice
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

Latte Mix

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Warm the pumpkin mixture in the microwave for a few seconds before adding it to your coffee.
  3. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Pumpkin Pie Spice

  1. Combine spices and store in airtight container.
