Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Nectar Reposado Special Craft Tequila
  • 0.75 oz (22 ml) Beet juice reduction
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Sparkling water/Plain soda water

Instructions

  1. Shake together with ice the tequila, beet juice reduction, lime juice, and cinnamon.
  2. Strain into a glass. If using a larger glass (such as a collins glass), strain over ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge, beet chip, or cinnamon stick.

Notes

  • For a smoother beet juice reduction, strain it through a fine-mesh sieve before using.
  • Adjust the amount of lime juice to your preference; some may prefer a tarter cocktail.
