If a bagel and a pizza had a love child – this would be it. Sweet, savory, and with an unexpected twist from the everything seasoning – this is our favorite new flavor combination.
“A bagel and a salami pizza met in a dive bar. They both had a couple of cocktails in them, and although from different parts of the world, they were instantly attracted to each other. One thing led to another, and nine months later, a beautiful, sweet little baby pizza saw the world for the first time.
It was a pizza like no other. With the sweetness of a drizzle of honey, saltiness of the freshest ricotta cheese, salami umaminess (that’s a word!), and the general level up from everything seasoning. Unique. Gorgeous. And so damn delicious.”
Well, at least that’s how I’m imagining it.
How to Make Everything Seasoning Pizza with Honey, Ricotta and Salami
Prepare the pizza dough according to your recipe’s instructions. At the very end of mixing, fold in the ? cup of everything seasoning until evenly distributed.
Roll or press the dough into your desired shape and place on a pizza peel, baking sheet, or pizza stone.
Spread the sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Top with mozzarella cheese and arrange the salami slices evenly across the surface. Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil.
Bake the pizza according to your preferred method. When the pizza is about halfway through cooking, use a spoon to add dollops of ricotta evenly across the top. Continue baking until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with additional everything seasoning, salt, pepper, and fresh thyme. Slice and serve.
Recipe Notes
For a spicier version, use hot honey instead of regular honey. You can also add thinly sliced jalapeños, hot pickled peppers, or Calabrian chilis for extra heat.
Burrata works beautifully in place of ricotta. Use 2 balls (1 container from Trader Joe’s) and tear it over the pizza in the last few minutes of baking.
If your oven goes to 500°F or higher, preheat a pizza stone for at least 30 minutes before baking for the crispiest crust.
Don’t skip brushing the edges with olive oil. It helps the everything seasoning stick and gives you a golden, flavorful crust.
The honey can be adjusted based on preference. Start with less and add more after tasting.
Leftover pizza reheats well in a hot skillet or oven. The microwave will make the crust soggy.

This is very pretty, but more importantly it’s really tasty too. The flavor mix is so good, and the seasoning is a great addition
This is ridiculously awesome
Couldn’t agree more! :)
What a fantastic recipe, turned out so great!
I used really good fresh pizza dough from a local deli, but had a hard time incorporating that much everything seasoning. Of course my family will gobble down any pizza I make, so this was a winner.
looks fabulous! I need to try your pizza dough recipe. Mine takes a couple of hours with rising, punching, etc. which doesn’t lend itself well to spontaneous “let’s have pizza for dinner tonight” opportunities
