Savory salami, creamy ricotta, and a touch of honey make this a crowd-pleaser.

- 1 batch of your favorite pizza dough
- 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) marinara or other tomato based pizza sauce
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) everything seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (237 ml) ricotta cheese
- 10 slices thinly sliced salami or pepperoni
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- fresh thyme
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
- Mix the dough according to instructions and fold in 1/3 cup of everything seasoning.
- Roll or press the dough into your desired shape and place it on a pizza peel or baking sheet.
- Top with sauce, mozzarella cheese, and salami. Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil.
- Cook the pizza until halfway done. Add dollops of ricotta evenly across the top using a spoon. Finish baking.
- Remove from heat, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with additional everything seasoning on the crust, salt, pepper, and fresh thyme.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use whole milk ricotta cheese.
- If your salami is very salty, reduce the amount of everything seasoning.
- Leftover pizza can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; reheat in a skillet for best results.
