Description

Serve this easy appetizer of creamy baked brie with sweet blackberries, earthy thyme and a cool glass of Pinot Grigio.


Ingredients

  • Brie Cheese – 1 Wheel
  • Blackberries – 100 gms
  • Thyme – Few sprigs
  • Crackers – for the side

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180C
  2. Take out the Cheese from its packing and remove the Cheese cover using a sharp knife
  3. Using a sharp knife score the top rind of the cheese in a criss cross pattern
  4. Place the cheese back in its wooden container
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is soft and runny
  6. Top with blackberries and let it rest for 5 minutes
  7. Serve with wine and crackers

  1. Blueberries or blackberries? I see blackberries on the pics but blueberries in the text. Could you confirm please?
