Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 petite sirloin steaks, thawed
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Dash of Garlic Powder
  • Blue Cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Prepare biscuits according to recipe.

  3. Using a paper towel, blot the steaks to wipe away any moisture on the outside. Sprinkle the steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides.
  4. Grill the steaks 4-5 minutes per side (depending on thickness and how well you like them cooked).
  5. Slice the biscuits in half, and spread mayo on the top half.
  6. Line the bottom half with lettuce, then tomato, then steak slices. Crumble blue cheese on top and sandwich together with the top. Enjoy!
