Description

A splash of gin would take this drink from refreshing beverage to summery cocktail.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 1/2 limes, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • Ice cubes
  • seltzer or gin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel, seed and chop cucumber and blend it in a food processor.
  2. Add the simple syrup and lime juice
  3. Add water and ice cubes and blend until smooth
  4. Strain into a glass and top with seltzer and/or gin.
