Description

The Emerald Elixir is a perfect St. Patrick’s Day cocktail featuring citron-flavored vodka for a light, refreshing flavor.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 slices of cucumber
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 50ml Absolut citron
  • 25ml St Germain/Elderflower liqueur
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 20ml simple syrup

Instructions

  • Cut 2 thin slices of cucumber to reserve for garnish.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with mint, basil, liqueur, simple syrup and lemon juice, and shake. Add the vodka, and shake. Strain into glass with ice. Garnish cocktail with a cucumber slice.
