But Caprio Cellars are not to be missed, and their 2021 Red Label Cab is a delightful acquaintance. Round and luscious as you would expect, but also light and approachable without being imposing. It’s like a discreet butler that knows your every desire even before you know it yourself. Lingering in the back of the room, lurking in the shadows, then elegantly and swiftly moving across the floor to fulfill your next wish. That’s what luxurious should feel like.
