Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups (118 ml) tri-color quinoa
  • 1 cups (237 ml) milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp Bonne Maman Strawberry Preserves

Instructions

  1. Bring milk to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add the quinoa and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
  3. Stir in cinnamon, cover, and continue to simmer until the milk is fully absorbed.
  4. Top with strawberry preserves before serving.
