We are always on the lookout for ways to make our mornings easier and more nutritious. We need something that is quick, delicious, and will get us through out busy day until lunch.
A good smoothie bowl with crunchy toppings is always a good answer, but can be messy once we drag out the fruit, yogurt, liquids, and all the ingredeints we need to make it work and be tasty. But! There’s a new breakfast game in town. We tried a new frozen smoothie kit from Inventure Foods and it’s delicious!
Each frozen blend is made with delicious berries, Greek yogurt, and essential grains like amaranth, buckwheat, millet and even chia seeds. All we had to do was dump into a blender and add one cup of liquid and we had two delicious smoothies in our hands. We decided to enjoy ours in a bowl with fun toppings, but it doesn’t even have to be that complicated.
As for the liquid, the package recommends using apple juice, which is totally delicious, but we have also tried almond milk and regular milk (as seen in the video) for an even creamier and protein filled breakfast option.
