Peri-Peri Tofu with Kale and Mustard Seeds

Most days, I squeeze in a quick treadmill run in the morning, and sometimes my daughter talks me into a longer run outside, too . After a run, my daughter and I usually end up having something light and easy to eat – like this Peri-Peri Tofu. If you haven’t tried it yet, peri-peri sauce is a combination of African bird’s eye chili blended with spices, lemons, onion and garlic. While I don’t think it’s super spicy, it has a sour-spicy taste and worked well with kale and mustard seeds in this simple and easy dinner!
