Grab your ripe stone fruits and mix up this slightly frozen peach limeade with a splash of bourbon or rum.
Lemonade is what most people think of in the summer but for me, it’s limeade. The interesting thing about limes though, is how well they go with stone fruit. And since stone fruit also goes well with bourbon…well…you know where I’m going with this.
If you’re looking for a different kind of drink for a crowd the next time a few of you and your friends decide to sit outside for cocktails, this is what you need to mix. The smell is heavenly and this cocktail toes the line between light and dark.
Do you have a ton of summer zucchini? Then next you have to make this zucchini and sake cocktail.

Instructions
- To make limeade, juice limes and add to water and sugar. Mix to dissolve sugar. In a blender add limeade and about 10 ice cubes to start. Blend and check consistency. You’re going for melted slushy, not icy. Add peach nectar, bourbon and mix again.
