Description

Great healthy detox drink!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • ginger root, about 1.95 inch (5 cm) long
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash carrots, do the same with apples. Core them and cut into squares. Peel ginger and cut into pieces.
  2. Place everything into a juicer. In the end, add squeezed lemon and orange juice and stir in honey.
  3. Note: if you don’t have a juicer, you can put everything into a blender and add a bit of water, then strain it.
  • Prep Time: 5 mins
  • Cook Time: 5 mins
