Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups pomegranate seeds (about 2 pomegranates)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk together yogurt and sugar until creamy
  2. Add pomegranate seeds and mix well
  3. Pour mixture into square ice tray cubes
  4. Place trays in the freezer for 2 – 3 hours or until frozen
  • Prep Time: 15 mins
  • Cook Time: 2 hours
