Created by Christopher Reyes of Aldama the citrus fizz is a perfect summer sipper. It combines refreshing grapefruit juice with the sweet notes of cooked agave in El Tequileño’s Blanco tequila.

- 1.5 oz El Tequileño Blanco
- 1 oz citrus syrup
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 1 splash Topo Chico
- 1 Double rocks glass
- Pour tequila, citrus syrup and lime juice into cocktail shaker, shake, and strain into salted rim doubles rock glass.
- Top with Topo Chico.
