Very interesting!! especially for ice-cream lovers to try. Cheddar Cheese Gelato may be the best choice out of 11 flavours to go for if you love eating cheese(and not that ready to shock your tongue), just much colder,sweeter and creamy.
The only thing I see missing here is shrimp or beer. The famous ice cream vendors in Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Mexico make a mean helado de camaron.
