This is the kind of pour I could drink every day, all day. I’d be happy to have it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I can see myself prancing around the office with a coupe in my hand at all times. I think people would find me very international, perhaps even débonnaire.
What I would tell them is that this wine is very elegant, born in the heart of Côtes de Provençe, made of Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Tibouren, and Ugni Blanc. It’s young, refreshing, and fresh, but at the same time with enough body to stand up to a variety of food pairings. It looks and feels like success, and I think anyone who drinks it should be wearing a tunic, just to make sure they live up to the elegance of what they’re sipping.
I wouldn’t mention that this is a non-alcoholic wine.
