An apple and pumpkin beer cocktail is garnished with a cinnamon stick and a few cranberries for a perfect fall drink that is beautiful on a holiday table.

Quintessentially Fall Beer Cocktail

I am sharing my love for cocktails made with beer, also known as beer-tails. I’m going to be perfectly honest with you guys. I DON’T love cocktails. I don’t love cocktails, that is, unless bourbon is involved. I can down a manhattan in seconds.

These apple, pumpkin beer cocktails are probably the best thing to come out of a shaker glass, and you guys have got to try it this autumn season. These apple, pumpkin beer cocktails…oh my…it’s like pumpkin pie and apple pie got together and had a beautiful baby. A baby made up of bourbon, pumpkin ale, apple cider and lemon juice.

Top it off with some cranberries and cinnamon sticks. It’s oh so festive!

Beer Love:

When you go to choose your pumpkin ale for this cocktail, do be careful. Choose a pumpkin ale that you love. This step is all based on personal preference. Do me proud!

Here are some examples of pumpkin ales I just love for these cocktails:

-Elysian Brewing’s Night Owl Pumpkin Ale
-Uinta Brewing’s Punk’n
-Nebraska Brewing Company’s Wick for Brains Pumpkin Ale
-Southern Tier’s Pumking
