Enter their pear and elderflower gin fizz. It’s a sweet yet sour, refreshing mix, that’s perfect to make up when the week’s at an end, and the weather a little balmy.

Looking for a cocktail recipe to celebrate the end of the working week? Australia’s new Rooftop Garden Bar shares their slightly floral recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 30ML TANQUERAY GIN
  • 15ML ST GERMAINE ELDERFLOWER
  • 15ML FRESH PRESSED LEMON JUICE
  • 20ML FRESH PRESSED PEAR JUICE

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, a few cubes of ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Double strain ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with soda water and garnish with edible flowers.
  • Category: Cocktail
