Description
These Nutella Brownies are incredibly soft and made with just three simple ingredients. They pair perfectly with a scoop of ice cream.

- 1 cup Nutella
- 10 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Chopped almonds for garnishing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Nutella, 10 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, and 2 eggs. Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Line a cupcake baking tray with 6 cupcake cases.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake cases.
- Sprinkle chopped almonds on top of each brownie for garnishing.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the tray for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a richer flavor, try adding a pinch of salt to the batter. These brownies are best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
