Cream Cheese and Raspberry Panini

Crispy panini packed with sweet raspberry preserves and creamy cream cheese. A 5-minute brunch treat!
Ingredients
- 2 slices (2 slices) Challah bread
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1-2 tbsp Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves
- 0.5 tbsp (7 g) melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat panini press to medium-high.
- Spread cream cheese over one side of a Challah slice.
- Spread raspberry preserves over one side of another Challah slice.
- Place the cream cheese-side of one slice on top of the preserves-side of the other slice.
- Brush the outside of the sandwich with melted butter.
- Toast the sandwich in the press until golden brown.
- Remove from press, cut in half, and serve.

- For a richer flavor, use a flavored cream cheese such as strawberry or vanilla.
- If your raspberry preserves are very thick, gently warm them for easier spreading.
- To prevent sogginess, avoid overfilling the panini with preserves.
