I was recently asked to document my life and how I live with food allergies and intolerance’s from Liza de Guia, who is an incredibly talented film producer.

For all of you out there with food allergies, intolerance’s, auto-immune diseases or any other health issues, I get it …. I really do. I know how much you struggle, I know how hard it can be but dealing with these issues only makes us stronger. Staying positive and hoping for the best is what life is all about- no matter what cards you are dealt.
