Nutella Brownies in Three Ingredients

Yes, you’ve read correctly! It only takes THREE ingredients to make these brownies. So, if you have a jar of Nutella, a bit of flour and a couple of eggs in the fridge, then it’s time to put them to good use. These brownies are fudge-y, soft and so sweet.

Soft and so gooey, these simple brownies can be made on the fly with three ingredients. You won’t be sorry.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 9oz Nutella
  • 3oz plain flour
  • 2 med eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 180C/350F/Gas mark 4 and line a 20cm x 20cm baking tin with greaseproof paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add your three ingredients and mix together with a wooden spoon until combined.
  3. Pour into the baking tin and bake for 15 mins.
  4. Leave to cool on a wire rack and then serve with cream and fresh berries!

  1. A very nice and so simple idea!!!Actually I “played” with some more easy ingredients and the result was even better(I think!)! Meaning, I added 1 tbsp of vanilla extract(because I dont like the smell of eggs), 70ml coconut milk, and 50ml of coconut oil as well as 1 full teasp powdered cooking soda in the mix.After the baking and while it was still hot, I poured some lemon glaze on top(lemon glaze from using 1 cup powdered sugar,juice from half a big lemon, and lemon peel.I truly believe that lemon and choc are so good friends! It cooled and we enjoyed a really flavorish and fluffy cake!
