That is why when my friend Patty mentioned an Affogato bar for a party, I knew I had to try it myself and pair it with Cemoi single source bean to bar chocolate. Everyone seems to enjoy assembling their own desserts, especially when it involves chocolate!
The Perfect Pairing: Affogato and Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 Cemoi Chocolate Bar
- 1 pint vanilla gelato
- 4 shots espresso
- 4 butter cookies
Instructions
- In a mug, scoop gelato. Pour espresso shot over the gelato and top with Cemoi chocolate.
- Serve with additional Cemoi chocolate squares.
