Smith & Wollensky To Open In London This June
London will get another slice of American pie this summer in the shape of Smith & Wollensky, that much-loved boutique steakhouse from the USA.
Opening this June in the grandiose Art Deco Adelphi Building off the Strand, Smith & Wollensky London is sure to be one of the hottest openings of the year. Set against a masculine backdrop of dark mahogany woods, buttery green leathers and vibrant pops of red, the destination restaurant will serve up perfectly-cooked USDA Prime dry-aged steaks alongside patriotic British and Irish cuts and premium seafood. Sitting alongside this will be no less than 30 classic cocktails with a twist and a wide range of award-winning wines, many of which will be available by the glass, with the restaurant open for lunch and dinner throughout the week and for big, beautiful beef roasts on Sunday.
Spread across two floors by renowned hospitality designer Martin Brudnizki, Smith & Wollensky London will comprise two bars, two buzzing dining areas for lengthier lunches and dinner dates, and three private dining rooms for stylish soirées and intimate parties.
