The Crawford Smash Lemonade

Make fresh lemonade, or better yet, a lemonade cocktail on National Lemonade Day. Try the Crawford Smash, spiked with the Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, lemon wedge and mint.

  • 2 parts Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
  • 3-4 pieces lemon wedge
  • Pinch of mint
  • .75 parts simple syrup
  • Mint sprig
  • Lemon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle Mint, lemon and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon pinwheel.
